My current body of work started to emerge in 2023 when I picked up my new campervan.

I started to realise how much of the landscape I was immersed in whilst travelling was manifesting itself as I painted.

Shapes, textures and colours appeared without me consciously trying to construct them. Now aware of these elements, I can choose how consciously I use a colour palette, medium or process.

The coming together of all my joys gives me both new found freedom and authenticity in this work.
